1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms bear the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "we1win99", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the operator of the we1win99 platform at we1win99.org, its licensees, subsidiaries, and assigns.
• "Platform" — the we1win99 website, mobile browser interface, and all gaming, wagering, and account management services made available thereon.
• "Player", "you", "your" — any natural person who registers a we1win99 account and accesses the Platform.
• "Account" — the individual player account created upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions together with any incorporated documents, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
• "Funds" — any real-money balance deposited into or credited to a Player's Account, whether in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) equivalent or supported cryptocurrency (including USDT).
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other non-deposit reward credited to a Player's Account by we1win99.

2. Eligibility & Registration

By registering on the we1win99 Platform, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 21 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
2. You are not resident in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law, and you have independently verified your compliance with applicable local laws.
3. You are not an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of we1win99 or any of its gaming software and service providers.
4. You have not previously been self-excluded or otherwise barred from the Platform, and you are not subject to any active self-exclusion order from any other regulated gambling operator or authority.
5. The information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to maintain the accuracy of registration information and promptly update any changes.
6. You are registering on your own behalf, for personal entertainment purposes, and not on behalf of any third party.

we1win99 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documentation at any time. Accounts where verification cannot be completed to we1win99's satisfaction may be suspended or closed.

3. Account Obligations

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the we1win99 Platform. Registration of duplicate accounts constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password.
• All activities conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying we1win99 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account via the support live chat.
• Ensuring that any device from which you access the Platform is adequately secured against unauthorised third-party access.

we1win99 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect Account credentials. Account credentials may not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party under any circumstances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

we1win99 accepts deposits via the following payment channels available to Malaysian players: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, USDT, and other supported cryptocurrencies. Minimum deposit is RM 20 or equivalent. Payment channels and minimum amounts are subject to change; current details are displayed at the point of transaction.

All deposits must originate from a payment source owned and controlled by the registered Account holder. we1win99 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made via third-party sources may be reversed, and associated accounts suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following conditions:

1. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. we1win99 reserves the right to conduct identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
2. Bonus-derived winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Players must complete the stated wagering requirements in full before any withdrawal of bonus-linked funds is permitted.
3. we1win99 targets a withdrawal processing time of under three (3) minutes for verified accounts on supported payment channels. Actual processing times may vary due to payment channel maintenance, compliance reviews, or force majeure events.
4. we1win99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawals above threshold amounts. During such reviews, withdrawal processing may be temporarily delayed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus offers issued by we1win99 are subject to specific wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds conditions as set out in the individual promotion terms. Bonus terms are published on the relevant promotion page and constitute part of this Agreement by reference.

General bonus conditions applicable across all we1win99 promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• One promotional offer per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash without meeting wagering requirements, or used to fulfil wagering requirements on excluded games.
• we1win99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited and for which wagering requirements are partially met will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• we1win99 reserves the right to withhold, reclaim, or cancel any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where it reasonably suspects abuse, collusion, arbitrage, or breach of promotion terms.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the we1win99 Platform operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer formats supplied by licenced third-party studios. Certified Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages and house edge data for live tables are published within each game's information panel.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the server-side logs maintained by we1win99 and its certified game providers constitute the definitive record of all transactions and outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between the display on a Player's device and the server log, the server log shall prevail.

we1win99 reserves the right to void bets placed on events or games affected by technical malfunction, software error, or result irregularity. In such cases, the original stake shall be returned to the Player's Account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities constitute material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

1. Registration of multiple accounts or use of another person's account details.
2. Use of software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the Platform.
3. Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from a verifiable software error are void.
4. Collusion with other players, including coordinated betting to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
5. Use of the Platform for any money laundering activity or any other purpose that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
6. Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or verification.
7. Any conduct that we1win99 reasonably determines to constitute fraud, dishonesty, or abuse of the Platform or its staff.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, game assets, and platform interfaces associated with we1win99 are the proprietary intellectual property of we1win99 or its licenced suppliers. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from we1win99. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform solely for personal entertainment use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we1win99 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from Platform unavailability, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to maintain adequate account security or to comply with these Terms.
• Decisions made by Players based on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional material.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Responsible Gaming

we1win99 is committed to providing tools that support responsible gambling. Every Account includes access to the following self-management tools at no cost:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits configurable from Account settings.
• Loss limits — a cap on net losses per day, week, or month.
• Session time alerts — notifications triggered after a configurable period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion — temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform, effective within minutes of activation, accessible without contacting support.

Self-exclusion requests for periods of 6 months or longer are treated as permanent closures and cannot be reversed within the stated period. Players who self-exclude will be removed from all marketing communications immediately.

we1win99 does not knowingly market to players who have self-excluded or who have demonstrated indicators of problem gambling behaviour. 11. Termination

we1win99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, if it reasonably believes that a Player has breached any provision of this Agreement, has engaged in fraudulent or illegal conduct, or if the continuation of the Account would expose we1win99 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon termination for breach, any remaining balance in the Account may be forfeited. Upon voluntary closure or termination without cause, any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to outstanding verification requirements.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of we1win99's licencing authority. In the event of a dispute between a Player and we1win99, the Player is encouraged to first contact the support team via live chat to seek resolution. we1win99 commits to acknowledging disputes within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 5 business days.

Players who are not satisfied with we1win99's internal dispute resolution may escalate their complaint to the relevant independent dispute resolution body designated by we1win99's gaming licence authority.

13. Amendments

we1win99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via platform notification or email to the registered address at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where practicable. Non-material amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or formatting changes) take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
